Más de treinta compañías ahora han presentado Amicus Briefs apoyar a la oposición de Apple a un orden que le obligaría a construir una puerta trasera en el iPhone.
En particular, las empresas de tecnología se dividen en dos consorcios. Uno de ellos incluye: Airbnb, Atlassian, Automattic, CloudFlare, eBay, GitHub, pedal de arranque, LinkedIn, Mapbox, Medio, Meetup, Reddit, Cuadrado, Squarespace, Twilio, Twitter y Wickr. El otro consiste en: Amazon, Cisco, Dropbox, Evernote, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Mozilla, Nido, Pinterest, Slack, Snapchat, WhatsApp, y Yahoo.
